札幌でセミナーを受講してきました
１２月１２日６時間ちょっとのセミナーでした。
いかに患者さんに満足して頂けるシステムを作り上げるか。スタッフを養成していくか。
こう言ったことに関して、大阪の日本一のコンサルティング会社のノウハウを学んできました。
本日、その一つを早速実行に移しました。
これからも日々新しいことにチャレンジしていきます。
ご要望は、待合室テーブル上の”ご意見箱”でも受け付けています。
多くの方々の助言を元に頑張っていきます。
